Delivery Time & Charges

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Our standard delivery times and charges are as follows:

Delivery Timeline:

• Chattogram: 2 to 3 days from order confirmation
• Outside Chattogram: 3 to 7 days from order confirmation

Delivery Charges:

• Chattogram: 60 Taka for up to 1 kg, 20 Taka for each additional kg
• Outside Chattogram: 120 Taka for up to 1 kg, 20 Taka for each additional kg

For bulk items, delivery charges will be calculated by our order team and confirmed with you.

Please note that we are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, political disruptions, theft, or loss of parcels during transportation.
